“If you don’t have time to read, you don’t have the time (or the tools) to write. Simple as that.” ― Stephen King
Today, it’s my great pleasure to inform you about all the things I did over the last months, during which you did not hear or read anything from me – except for some interesting posts from other bloggers that I shared with you on Facebook.
First, I read some more books and studies about the things I want to share with you. There is so much in my head that wants to come out – so be prepared for some really valuable content being shared with you in the coming months.
If you never question yourself, you might stay stuck in the same place.
For this reason I engaged a communication and marketing company to power up my blog and to help me share my knowledge with you easier, quicker and in a more efficient and enjoyable way. Over the next weeks you will notice some important changes on my site, my communication tools and also my presentations/flyers. I am really thankful for this help: running a blog all alone is not the easiest thing to do, especially when it is done on a „part time job“ basis.
And, last but not least, I decided to share my knowledge about Primal Lifestyle in dynamic Workshops – starting this cooperation with OUNI, Luxembourgs first and only packaging-free organic grocery store. Their concept goes so much hand in hand with everything that I believe in, that our cooperation was just a matter of course and feels like the most natural thing to do. The fact that this store is opposite from my home seemed to be the final sign to engage into this partnership! I believe that this is a wonderful possibility for you to receive dynamic presentations, workshops and best of all: The presentations/workshop will be dynamic: you can ask your questions in advance and I will build them into my presentations – anonymously, so that you can just feel free to ask whatever you want. Just take a look at their event calendar or send me an E-mail and we look forward to welcome you in this new, exceptional store. Expect the unexpected … and the one or the other surprise.
Save the best for last:
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” ― Mahatma Gandhi
I just mentioned it: running a blog with serious and complex content (meaning constant research, reading, critical thinking and self-questioning) is not the easiest thing to do if you have a job requiring your full attention and dedication. Those who know me well also know that I am an „all or nothing“ person. In the same time I am aware that I am not a robot and that I always should take care of my work-life balance – based on the lessons learned from some serious mistakes I made in the past. The time at my disposal cannot be used twice – and so, the idea that has occupied my soul for some months ended in a decision: from January 1st next year, I will go part-time in my main job – and dedicate the other active time fully to this blog. From that date on, I will have 1 full day a week to work exclusively on this part of me – and I can assure you this: this decision makes me more than happy!
So, stay tuned, I was not asleep but … reading, thinking, changing and deciding.
